As a financial services entrepreneur and former RIA owner, Robert has spent the last decade creating advisor-focused solutions that support cross-border wealth planning, client acquisition, and long-term practice growth.

He is the founder of Beacon Global Group, where he identified the market gap in serving Americans abroad and launched innovative investment advisory platforms tailored to internationally mobile clients. With firsthand experience owning and operating a U.S.-based Registered Investment Advisory firm, Robert understands the complexities—and opportunities—facing advisors working with globally connected investors.

Prior to his work in financial services, Robert held executive leadership roles including Chief People Officer at NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI) and CEO of LexisNexis Asia-Pacific, where he led teams through strategic transformations and international expansion. He has built businesses across public and private equity-backed environments and is recognized for his strength in operations, governance, and organizational scale.

Robert holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has been honored with the United Nations Global Compact Business Leadership Award for his work in ethical leadership and global impact.
